Welcome and thank you for visiting.

My name is Linda Corby, yes I am an author screenwriter,

but I am not necessarily what you would expect me to be.

What I am is a human being just like you, well hopefully you are human,

but one can never be certain these days with all the strange

goings on that happen on the net, but I know I am and I presume you are.

As a person I am gregarious in character,

very loyal to my friends,

with a somewhat dry sense of humour,

on occasions I can be totally outrageous,

you will just never know what I might do,

say or write next, don’t say I haven’t warned you.

I am an ex Grade A show-jumper, and have a tendency to be highly competitive by nature,

once I set my aim at a goal in life I am unstoppable,

even if it means ‘chopping my nose off to spite my face’ ,

if I have one big fault in life it is being a bad loser,

but in the sporting world this is a fault that all who get to

or near the top of their sport do have in common,

in fact I cannot think of anyone who has got to the top

of anything challenging who doesn’t have this fault,

so some might also consider this fault to be a blessing in disguise,

think about it,

do you no anyone who has made it big time in anything

who doesn’t have this in their character make up?

I write books, like my autobiography ‘Bad Blood’

children’s stories, poetry,

and do various artworks for them;

Ever wondered what it is like doing a what is traditionally a mans job in the days when women usually didn't even consider it. Well I was one of thos ground breaking women who didn't just thik about it but went ahead and di it, laughing. I have writen a series of articles on this.
