His Publisher and Lawyers might have tied his hands as far as a public apology is concerned and yet I believe that people yearn for acceptance and the man xxxx xxxxxxx is not beyond doing the right thing and could at this moment be struggling with his conscience. Who knows that one day you might find you have been blessed with a random act of kindness and your struggle for justice will be over.

On the plus side for him he might consider the fact that people are intrigued when reading fiction based on a true story. In this case it's been proved that 'TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION'
